How do I take Hormonal Harmony?
Just one scoop a day: Mix it with water or your favorite smoothie.
No pills, no complicated supplement routine. Always easy and on-the-go.
How long does one order last for?
Our 3-months package will last 90 days for sure but very likely up to 4 months. We picked this time frame intentionally because that’s how long it takes to start seeing real, cellular-level changes in hormone balance and cycle stability.
What if I am NOT trying to get pregnant?
That's great. Hormonal Harmony is designed to support your natural cycle, energy, and emotional stability - whether you’re trying to conceive or not. Healthy ovulation is not a conception question but a pre-requisite to have a healthy female body.
What if I AM trying to get pregnant?
Hormonal Harmony will naturally boost your fertility. If you have any specific request, just reach out and we can customize your blend further. For optimal support, we also recommend adding the male blend so your partner’s fertility and vitality are supported too, because conception is a team effort.
Can I personalize my blend?
Yes! We offer free customization. If you’d like to leave something out or add something specific, just chat with us and we’ll tailor it to your needs. No extra charge.
Are there any side effects?
