Who is this program for?
This program is designed for women who want to understand and work with their natural cycle instead of feeling controlled by it. Whether you're struggling with PMS, low energy, or simply want to optimize your health, this deep dive will help you transform your relationship with your cycle.
What is included in the program?
First, we kick off with a 7-Day Educational Series that lays the foundation for understanding the unique female biology and menstrual cycle science.
This is followed by a 4-Week Deep Dive that goes through each cycle phase and gives clear steps how to align all life areas and important cycle pillars to the different phases.
Included are also Cycle-aligned Yoga Videos and Neurohacking Audios specifically designed for each phase to holistically support your mental and physical state.
You'll also benefit from Bonus Materials like Health Testing Guides, Cycle Supplement Guides, WhatsApp Group access and much more.

How much time do I need each week?
The program is designed to be flexible and self-paced. Most our students spend 2-3 hours per week on the content, including videos, workbooks, and implementing the strategies. However, you choose how much time you want to spend on it per week and how much you want to spread it out. There's no rule, just your own perfect pace.
What if I can't attend the LIVE calls?
All live calls are recorded and available in your course portal. You can watch them at your convenience and still participate in the community through our private WhatsApp group.

Do I need any special additional things?
No special equipment is required. The yoga videos can be done with basic props (or household items). Supplements are discussed as part of the education, but purchasing our "Hormonal Harmony" supplement line is completely optional.
What if I'm on hormonal birth control?
Even without a full natural cycle, the nutritional, lifestyle, and emotional tools we teach will still support your hormonal system, metabolism, and nervous system holistically. And as you know, we're always committed to provide you with what YOU need…so we are very happy to take a further deep dive in our LIVE calls or even record a BONUS session on your specific area.
How long do I have access to the materials?
